Almost all encryption software on the market is not suitable for documents transmission or sharing,

Encryption SoftwareIDVAS
The password of encryption software is embedded in the encrypted document, once the document is distributed, and then the document will lose protection. IDVAS users have one password and nobody needs to manage the document password. However, the document can only be opened when the reader identity is authenticated by IDVAS.
If Different documents have different passwords, the owners need to remember all the passwords, or to set the same password for all documents. IDVAS users have no need to manage different document passwords, as long as they can remember their own passwords. Password for each document is different in the IDVAS system. Therefore, if one document can be opened, it won鈥檛 affect others.
Once the encrypted document is spread out, it would be out of control. Even if an encrypted document is transmitted, it can still be controlled by setting readers operation restrictions and authorization lifecycle. Authors can adjust document authorization, or even prohibit the use of a user for the document after it has been distributed. Such action won鈥檛 affect other users.
The document's author fails to know the use status of the document after being distributed. Document authors can learn through the reports about by whom, at what time and in what way the document was opened. For example, Tom read the document Tuesday, or Sam tried to access the document Wednesday, but was rejected out.
